Eastern Federal Lands High Division (EFLHD) lettings

EFLHD’s primary purpose is to provide financial resources and technical assistance for a coordinated program of public roads that service the transportation needs of Federal and Indian lands.  They provide engineering and construction services to Federal Land Management Agency Partners such as: the National Park Service (NPS); USDA Forest Service (Forest Service); U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS); Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) and Tribal Governments; Bureau of Land Management (BLM); Department of Defense (DOD); U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE); and Bureau of Reclamation (BOR).  The Eastern Division works in the states east of the Mississippi River, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  They advertise and award between 50 and 60 construction contracts each year.
